Delivery process and costs

All orders delivers within 6 business days except for orders made for KS Fashion and Hushy Wear brands the order may take up to 10 working days depending on your area (Exceptions sometimes occur outside of our control but we will always be on top of it to fast track your delivery).

You are allowed to open the package and verify the product while the courier is waiting.

In case you return with the delivery representative you will have to pay for the delivery

egypt.giftsny.shop will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

- Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on egypt.giftsny.shop part.

- Please submit your return & exchange request via this form RETURNS

- Once the return request is received, a member from the egypt.giftsny.shop team will process the request after collecting more information about the order return.

- Cash on delivery orders return and refund takes upto 7 days, this is due to the fact we will submit a request to courier to collect the item and return the amount.
